Preparing for Winter

Today I am reminded of just how nice it is to be living back in my home town again. My dad and brother stopped by this morning after grabbing their coffee. My brother and I enjoyed spending a little time side by side on the couch with lap tops, him showing me My Space, me showing him Blogger. As my brother and I were bonding over our blogs, my dad started helping Ken with the big project he is beginning today, installing our new HVAC system. As we speak Dad and Ken are yelling at each other to communicate through the floor. Ken is under the house getting dirty and making progress towards a more heat efficient house.
