Little naps...
I was so tired today that I sat through a movie with the girls (if you know me, this says a lot) and then I plopped over on the couch and took a cat nap. When I woke up I was greeted by a new more feminine Jack. Emma was calling him Jacqueline. Notice the Leopard head band.

We made a quick trip over to Seattle yesterday to visit Grandma Lori and Brett. We enjoyed hitting Starbucks with Lori and then University Village and down town with Brett. Yakima works for shopping but downtown Seattle works even better. It was a lot of fun and we were all exhausted on the ride home. Emma slept first, then Madeline, then Ken... I did my best to stay awake since I was driving. :)

This afternoon was intended to be a back yard work day. Ken started the morning in the woods. The girls and I went to church. We met up back at the house and Ken went to work but I have been completely unproductive! Shame. I hear the lawn mower running right now, the one that has been broken for two years and that Ken just fixed. :) I better go and show some appreciation and get off the couch! I think a family coffee run is called for in celebration. And, I better make sure that Jack is out of his pink pjs!

Poor Jack...both de-masculinated and de-canined in one fail swoop. Doesn't anyone remember the dog whisperer show about the little chihuahua that was angry because it wasn't treated like a dog! Oh poor little Jack.
What a good dog Jack is! And, what a great picture of your family. I really cannot believe how big your girls are getting. It's quite amazing!
