Frustrated that I am not given
a field for naming my Blog
I didn't carry my camera today obsessing about getting a perfect picture for my blog. I only signed in to other blogs once or twice...the internal "must be blogging" frenzy is passing. Still, I am not ready to miss a day. I committed to going to bed at 9, then pushed it to 9:30 and now it is 9:58 so obviously I am not totally in balance yet.
I am starting to feel pretty silly about all the pictures that I've been taking of Jack lately, but I'm still going to post another....It is pretty rare that I get pictures of myself because I am usually holding the camera but today Kara got me with her new digital cam and sent me the pic. Here it is...
I'm looking a little bit tired. I was in a good mood when the picture was taken, spending time with family out at my parent's, but, if you scroll up so that you can only see my eyes you'll be able to detect that the smile isn't there. I hate it when that happens, I really try to be intentional about getting the smile all the way up to my eyes when I'm being photographed. One of these days, I'll cut and paste a bunch of my eyes from different photos and have a little "is Christy really smiling" quiz.

The first time I posted a blog, on the upper left, above the box where the majority of the writing goes, there was a field to fill with the title of the blog that I was about to write. Since that very first day I have not seen it again. Kara has it. Lee has it (I think). Mistalyn, do you have it? Nicole do you? I want it. Really, really.

Wow, really good picture...not that you don't always look this good. You hair is getting longer and I really like it. Can everyone see how much Emma looks like her Mom?

As for the Heading thing...are you on blogger beta or the old blogger. I don't know if you are even given a choice anymore.

Hi! I clicked over to your blog from a comment you left on "Headstrong", and just thought I'd let you know: If go to "Settings" and then click on "Formatting", you can scroll down and choose yes or no to "Show title field". (My husband encountered this same problem when he started his blog). Hope this helps!

That's an interesting thought: Does the smile reach the eyes. I've never stopped to think of it that way. Your blog is looking good.
You have a beautiful smile....even when it doesn't reach your eyes.
