First week of school
I am happy to announce that Emma has had an awesome first two days at school. She has grown up so much over summer and I realized as I dropped her off for her first day, yesterday, that I wasn't going to be knowing her teacher this year as well as I had known her teachers up until this point. She is ready to maneuver a few things without me. Woohoo! For you who know Emma, you can understand this celebration of mine.
Madeline and I have been having a good week just the two of us. She doesn't start pre-school until Monday. And then I have a week to myself before I start back at CWU. I'd like to think that I will get a bunch done when I have my free week, but history has taught me that with so little pressure sometimes I don't move at all. We'll see what happens.
I am off to bed. I don't think I have made it to bed before midnight all this week. I need to start paying attention to my sleep needs starting tomorrow. Good night. :)

That's great news about Emma. Is she walking to class by herself? I want you to know I thought of Maddie several times this week when the kids would take bathroom breaks...I was wondering if they were trying to meet up with friends in the bathroom :)
Yay!!!
Now, get some sleep! :)
