Just a little update...
It has been quite some time but I think I'll try to get back to blogging for a bit. I don't have a functional camera so that will slow picture posting.
I am almost 15 weeks pregnant now... I can say that my favorite souvenir from our January trip to Disneyland is the babe in the womb. :) I spent week 6 through 11 feeling down from the nausea and exhaustion but things have been looking up since then.
The best news, my sister is 3 weeks behind me in her pregnancy!! We are too excited to have our babies so close together. Perhaps we'll even be able to swap childcare while we work some sort of alternating schedules.
I registered Madeline for kindergarten a couple of weeks ago. She is really excited to be at the same school with Emma. Emma is excited to have her there too.
Yesterday when I was in the car with Madeline on the way home from an errand she felt that I was being mean and told me that I was acting like a step-mom. She said very aggressively, "tell me the truth, did you really have us (referring to herself and Emma)". Must be taking the step-mother idea from fairy tales.
Well, I am off to bed. I really don't feel satisfied when I am not posting pictures. I'll have to get on top of the camera shopping thing.. not for at least 7 days though. I have committed to not spending money outside of gas and groceries until May 1.
