Handstitchin' Cuties

I got out my quilt today. I had high hopes of making some progress. Madeline likes to help me by taking the pins out of my squares when I am finished stitching across them. I thought to keep her entertained even more I would thread a needle for her so that she could do some hand stitching. She did love it. "I am sewing my own wallet!" She was VERY pleased with herself. Then Emma and her friend Julia decided that they wanted to do a little bit of hand stitching... between the 3 of them, I spent all of "my" quilting time threading needles for them. I actually didn't occur to me until this very moment that the older girls could probably have done the threading themselves.

I can't wait to see the finished product. With all those hands in the pot it's gotta be good!
